Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time. Orders are typically delivered within 4 to 7 business days from the date of purchase. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days, and shipping takes 3 to 5 business days. Our driver will personally call or WhatsApp you on the delivery day between 6 AM and 9 PM to arrange the most convenient delivery time.

Free shipping on orders over HK$550; a flat rate of HK$60 applies to orders under HK$550. Covers all areas in Hong Kong (including outlying islands) with no hidden surcharges.

Our delivery covers all of Hong Kong, including all outlying islands (Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Lantau Island, etc.) for both residential and commercial addresses, with no remote area surcharges. All orders are personally handled by DPM GROUP LIMITED's private delivery team for professional handling.

We do not use third-party couriers. On the delivery day, our delivery staff will call or WhatsApp you to arrange the best delivery time. For special large items requiring careful handling, our team will follow up directly.

All products are genuine and sourced from brand-authorised distributors or official channels, ensuring product quality and safety.

Most products come with an original manufacturer warranty. Warranty periods and terms vary by brand. Please refer to individual product pages or contact us for details.
