Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time. Orders are typically delivered within 4 to 7 business days from the date of purchase. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days, and shipping takes 3 to 5 business days. Our driver will personally call or WhatsApp you on the delivery day between 6 AM and 9 PM to arrange the most convenient delivery time.

訂單滿 HK$700 免運費；未滿 HK$700 劃一運費 HK$60。配送覆蓋全港（包括離島），不設偏遠地區附加費。

Our delivery covers all of Hong Kong, including all outlying islands (Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Lantau Island, etc.) for both residential and commercial addresses, with no remote area surcharges. All orders are personally handled by DPM GROUP LIMITED's private delivery team for professional handling.

We do not use third-party couriers. On the delivery day, our delivery staff will call or WhatsApp you to arrange the best delivery time. For special large items requiring careful handling, our team will follow up directly.

All products are genuine and sourced from brand-authorised distributors or official channels, ensuring product quality and safety.

Most products come with an original manufacturer warranty. Warranty periods and terms vary by brand. Please refer to individual product pages or contact us for details.

Product images are of actual items, but packaging may vary slightly due to brand updates. If packaging changes, we ensure product specifications remain identical.

After approval, credit card or e-wallet refunds take approximately 7-14 business days; FPS or bank transfer refunds take approximately 5-10 business days. Actual timing depends on bank processing speed.
