1 Delivery Process Explanation
Total delivery time = Processing time + Transit time

Processing time (1–2 working days): Each order undergoes strict quality checks and secure packaging procedures at our warehouse to ensure the goods are ready for safe shipment.

Transit time (3–5 working days): The time required for our dedicated delivery team to transport the goods from the warehouse to your doorstep.

Estimated total delivery time: Most orders are delivered within 4 to 7 working days from the purchase date.
2 Our Exclusive Delivery Method
Unlike other retailers, we do not use third-party courier companies. All orders are handled personally by the private delivery team of DPM GROUP LIMITED.

Safe handling: Our team is professionally trained to handle various senior products with care, ensuring the goods are properly protected during transit.

Direct communication: Our delivery personnel will contact you via phone or WhatsApp on the delivery day to arrange the best delivery time.

Covers all of Hong Kong: We serve residential and commercial addresses in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, and all outlying islands (Lantau Island, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, etc.), with no additional remote area fees.
3 Order Tracking and Status Inquiry
You will receive notifications at each stage of the delivery process and can also proactively inquire about progress:

Order confirmation: Sent immediately via email or WhatsApp after payment.

Shipping notification: Sent after the goods pass quality checks and the delivery route is arranged.

Phone call on delivery day: Our driver will contact you on the day of the visit (between 6 AM and 9 PM) to ensure someone is available to sign for receipt.

Proactive inquiry: For further information on package status, please email [email protected] with your order number, or visit our Help Centre to fill out an inquiry form, and we will respond as soon as possible.
4 Important Notes

Address accuracy: The company is not responsible for failed deliveries due to missing or incorrect recipient address information. Please verify the building, floor, and unit number during checkout.

No pickup points or smart lockers: To ensure product safety, we do not offer delivery to convenient smart lockers, P.O. boxes, or forwarding facilities. Receipt must be signed by the recipient or an authorized representative.

Severe weather arrangements: Delivery services will be suspended during Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning. We will contact you immediately after the signal is lowered to reschedule.

Failed delivery attempts: If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, we provide one free re-delivery. Subsequent delivery attempts may incur additional shipping fees.
